Apart from wine grapes and prunes, Joubert produces and dries apricots and peaches. He has served, inter alia, as chairman on the board of the Montagu Agricultural Association and has been the vice president of Agri Wes Cape for the past three years, with involvement in various Agri SA policy committees.
