November is the month to do things. So get off the couch. Switch off the series. Get out and about with our November picks.

For the energizer bunnies:

The Meander Trail Run
Based at uniWines, Daschbosch cellar in Rawsonville, the trail will go through vineyards, 'bossies' and river streams and there is plenty for kids to do too.

For the earth-bound wanderers:

La Motte organic walk
The Organic Walk will offer visitors the opportunity for a guided walk through the sustainable farmed, organically grown vineyards, where various cultivars are planted. The walk consists of a stroll through La Motte’s indigenous landscaped gardens and past the Protea gardens where various “fynbos” species are cultivated.
A special visit to the organic vegetable and herb garden that supply the restaurant and farm shop with farm fresh produce is recommended.
The walks are ongoing until the 17th December and must be booked in advance.
