Du Toitskloof
When the winter chill settles in the Boland nothing satisfies your need for comfort food better than a hearty bowl of soup. Add to this a glass of Muscadel or Hanepoot and you have the perfect start to warming-up this winter. Join Du Toitskloof Wines at the annual Soetes and Soup on 19 and 20 July for a delightful day in the Breedekloof valley.
Purchase a pass for R50 at any of the participating wineries in the Breedekloof valley and you will receive free entry and a complimentary steaming cup of soup at every winery you visit as well as a wine glass and enamel mug. At Du Toitskloof Wines you have the choice of either the oven roasted mushroom soup or mielie and chicken chowder on arrival. Roosterkoeke will be on sale and wine tasting is free. If you want to stock up on the Du Toitskloof Hanepoot Jerepigo and Muscadel, the cellar is offering a 10% discount on purchases.
