The elegant flagship, Constantia Glen Five 2008, will be served along with its Constantia counterparts from other leading estates at the fine wine dinner on Friday, 1 March at The Greenhouse Restaurant at Cellars Hohenort. Wine lovers can taste the newly launched 2012 Constantia Glen Sauvignon Blanc from 15h00 on the Saturday, where visitors will be treated to mouth-watering canapés, prepared by some of South Africa’s top chefs and paired perfectly with the wines available for tasting on the day. Be sure to extend your visit to Constantia Fresh with an early evening gourmet braai, starting at 18h00, where the Constantia Glen Three 2009 will be served.
