Raisin Social has announced that Leopard's Leap, the fastest-growing South African premium wine, will be the official wine supplier to the Barclays Scottish Open for the second year running. The prestigious golf event takes place from 8-11 July at the stunning Loch Lomond Golf Club in Scotland.

Leopard's Leap Sauvignon Blanc 2003, Beyerskloof Pinotage Rosé 2003 and Beyerskloof Synergy 2001 will be served in all the hospitality areas and there will be a dedicated wine tent at the event, offering a selection of wines from South Africa, France and Spain. Leopard's Leap branded TV boards will also be on show around the course and an advert will appear in the official event programme.

A world-class field is expected to compete against defending champion, South African, Ernie Els next month. Other players who have confirmed their participation in this major event include Ernie's fellow South African Retief Goosen ('Golden Goosen'), winner of the recent US Open Championship; Phil Mickelson, Masters Champion and US Open runner-up and Tom Weiskopf, who co-designed the Loch Lomond course which is reputed to be one of the best kept in the world. Ernie Els commented, 'It's a great tournament with a fantastic golf course and a week I look forward to each year'.

Raisin Social has seen sales of its Leopard's Leap brand soar over the last year, with a strong off-promotion performance and listings in many of the major retailers. The Leopard's Leap range of wines are sourced from some of South Africa's finest wine growing regions and combines wines of exceptional quality with stunning packaging to offer excellent quality and value in the premium wine sector.
