Leading brand builder of quality wines and brandies
KWV International, the leading brand builder of quality wines and brandies, will present its portfolio of wines at the London International Wine & Spirit Fair, between the 18 and 20 May 2004 at stand L60 at the Excel exhibition centre.

KWV International’s own brands, as well as those it markets from selected South African estates, will be on offer. These comprise its icon wine, Perold, Cathedral Cellar, South Africa’s most awarded premium wine brand, Roodeberg, South Africa’s most celebrated red blend, KWV Reserve, Laborie, the major KWV brand, as well as Robert’s Rock and Pearly Bay.

Premium wines from selected South African estates will also be presented. These are most notably Tumara from Bellevue estate and Groenland cellar’s red wines. Both wineries are situated in the Stellenbosch area, a district particularly suited to the production of red wine.

The Calatrasi wine D’Istinto will be available for tasting, as will Racke’s well known wine, Vitae. The pride of the product offering will be the KWV 5 and 10 Year Old Brandies. These are premium brandies in their categories and the KWV 10 Year Old has already won the title 'The World’s Best Brandy' five times. First produced in 1936 and enjoyed ever since by discerning connoisseurs, this is a double distilled potstill brandy matured in selected small French oak barrels for ten years. It has a lively golden amber colour, delicate floral and dried fruit flavours enhanced by spicy and nutty aromas.
