Date: Monday 17th May 2004 Length: 6 weeks Time: 6.30pm at The Nose Subject: We shall be looking at all the major grape varieties grown in South Africa and helping you to recognize and appreciate them better Cost: R250 per person (this covers the whole 6 week course, tasting 6 different wines each week, tuition, water biscuits, tasting sheets and anything else you might need) If you can’t make it one week, you are most welcome to send a substitute to drink wine in your place! The emphasis is always on enjoying yourself and the course is determinedly non-technical. It’s an opportunity to ask all the questions you’ve always wanted to ask about wine in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Bring a friend and have a good time!
