Bruce Robertson - executive chef of Cape Grace - has received yet another accolade for the hotel restaurant. one.waterfront was named one of the top ten restaurants in South Africa by the highly acclaimed EAT OUT magazine at its annual 'Oscar' event for the restaurant industry. Only two restaurants from the Cape Town city made the top ten and one.waterfront was the only 'hotel restaurant' to be ranked here.This could not come at a better time for Bruce and the one.waterfront team. Bruce, himself having just returned from an extremely successful visit to the USA where he was invited to present his South African inspired menu at the prestigious James Beard House* in New York.Bruce says; ‘This is the first time we have made the top 10 restaurants list.
