The new sourdough pizzeria at Avontuur
There’s a new reason to linger…
Mi Scusi, a modern sourdough pizzeria, opens at Avontuur Wine Estate this November, bringing together slow-proved pizza, good wine and an easy-going atmosphere made for sharing.
At the heart of Mi Scusi is its house-made sourdough, given 24–48 hours to prove before being fired in the pizza oven to create light, flavourful bases with beautifully blistered crusts.
Alongside the pizza, expect sharing plates and grill dishes, Avontuur wines, and refreshing drinks - all served in a contemporary, welcoming setting in the Stellenbosch Winelands.
The spirit is simple: order for the table, pour another glass of wine and stay a little longer.
Mi Scusi, loosely translating to “excuse me”, is a playful little interruption. A reason to stop what you're doing, settle in and make time for something good.
