New Wine Alert: Glass Collection Red Blend 2023
This is the first new wine we’ve launched since the Rosé de May in 2020. We’ve been experimenting in the cellar with a new blend, and can finally share it with you.
The Glass Collection Red Blend brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The Syrah adds complexity, with a subtle spice that lifts the Bordeaux varieties. As always, elegance runs through it.
Make sure to get your hands on this smooth, elegant red Blend. It won’t disappoint.

We're marking Summer's arrival with an evening of Rosé de May, a three-course dinner and a new exhibition on our walls.
Join us from 18h00 for a sunset glass of Rosé de May and a first look at the new works, presented by curator Julia Meintjes. Dinner is served from 19h00.

Thursday, 24 October 2026: Galileo Open Air Theatre Returns
A little London romance comes to Glenelly Estate!
The Galileo Open Air Cinema returns on Saturday, 24 October with Notting Hill. Fall for Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant in this beloved rom-com about a bookseller and a world-famous actress finding unexpected love.
Arrive early for lawn games, sunset views and a picnic. Enjoy pizzas, wraps, popcorn and treats from the mini-market. Glenelly’s chefs will also serve hot dogs and boerewors rolls with caramelised onion, homemade Klein River cheese straws, canelés bordelais and pastéis de nata to pair with Glenelly Estate’s wines.

Tuesday, 3 November 2026: Glenelly Art Poject Opening Reception
For its inaugural edition, Glenelly Art Project is presented in partnership with SAFFCA (Southern African Foundation for Contemporary Art) and brings together two South African artists with distinctive practices: Chrisél Attewell and Bambo Sibiya.
The exhibition opens at Glenelly Estate on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, from 16h00 to 20h00, and will remain on view by appointment throughout the estate from 4 November 2026 to 30 April 2027.
