Perdeberg Wines
Perdeberg Wines, known as The Home of Chenin Blanc™, has shown the strength of its wider portfolio with a Gold and a Silver medal at the Global Grenache Masters 2026, the international competition run by The Drinks Business that judges Grenache wines from around the world blind.

Perdeberg's award-winning wines include:

  • Gold – The Vineyard Collection Grenache Noir 2024
  • Silver – The Vineyard Collection Grenache Blanc 2025

Grenache thrives in these warm, dry-farmed Agter-Paarl vineyards, and these results show exactly what the variety can do here. The Grenache Noir 2024 has wonderful fresh red fruit and a silky texture, while the Grenache Blanc 2025 offers real texture and vibrancy. They let the vineyards speak, and it is rewarding for the Perdeberg Wines Winemaking team to see that recognised on an international stage.

While they are proudly The Home of Chenin Blanc™, recognition for both their red and white Grenache shows the depth of our portfolio. The Vineyard Collection was created to showcase individual sites and varieties, and these medals give their customers even more reason to explore it.

Both wines form part of Perdeberg's The Vineyard Collection, a range that highlights individual varieties grown on the estate's dryland vineyards. These medals add to a growing list of international accolades for the brand.
