From 15 July to 2 August, wine lovers can enjoy Perdeberg's exclusive Old Vine Tasting for R245 per person.
This limited-time tasting showcases four expertly paired food and wine combinations, including Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc with grilled line fish and lemon butter; Dry Land Collection Barrel-Fermented Chenin Blanc paired with roast chicken; Vineyard Collection Cinsault served with a mini wood-fired mushroom and peppadew pizza; and Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc Cap Classique complemented by a light lemon tart.
A celebration of soup and Chenin Blanc
Winter and soup are a match made in heaven, and Perdeberg has elevated this seasonal favourite with its Soup and Chenin Pairing, available Wednesday to Sunday until the end of August for R225 per person.
The experience begins with a welcome glass of Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc Cap Classique and pita crisps before guests enjoy four handcrafted soups paired with distinctive Chenin Blanc wines. Highlights include roasted butternut soup with Perdeberg Cellar Chenin Blanc; wild mushroom soup paired with G.O.A.T Greatest of All Time Chenin Blanc; slow-roasted tomato and red pepper soup served with Dry Land Collection Barrel-Fermented Chenin Blanc; and curried carrot soup matched with Dry Land Collection Fortified Chenin Blanc.
Fireside indulgence
For those who believe dessert deserves its own occasion, the Fireside Indulgence Pairing is available Wednesday to Sunday until the end of August for R195 per person.
Guests can savour decadent sweet treats expertly paired with wines from the Dry Land Collection, including a rich chocolate brownie with The Dry Land Conqueror Cabernet Sauvignon, traditional malva pudding with The Dry Land Resolve Pinotage, creamy cheesecake alongside The Dry Land Longevity Natural Sweet Chenin Blanc, and a classic pastei de nata paired with The Dry Land Fortitude Fortified Chenin Blanc.
Date Night done right
Couples looking for an affordable evening out can book one of Perdeberg's ever-popular Date Nights, priced at R350 per couple.
On 31 July, enjoy a relaxed Pizza Date Night, while 28 August brings the much-loved Burger Date Night. Each evening, starting at 18h00, includes homemade tortilla chips as a starter, a choice of two pizzas or burgers (depending on the evening), and a decadent dessert to share.
Blend your own signature wine
For a truly interactive experience, visitors can become winemakers for the day with Perdeberg's Wine Blending Experience, available daily for R350 per person.
