Hazendal Wine Estate's Estate Collection presents a Chenin Blanc, a White Blend of Roussanne and Marsanne, a Pinotage, and a Carignan, each a thoughtful expression of terroir, crafted from varietals grown in carefully selected pockets where distinct soils and microclimates allow each wine to flourish.
The collection reflects Hazendal’s continued recognition for excellence, with the Estate White Blend 2025 achieving 94 points and ranking among the top wines in Winemag's Prescient Minority Report 2026 as part of the Autumn Series, while the Estate Carignan 2025 secured 93 points and a place among the leading red wines.
At the heart of the collection is Kiara’s remarkable journey and dedication to her craft, which continues to shape the Estate’s winemaking vision. In 2024, she was awarded the prestigious Diners Club Winemaker of the Year, becoming the first female of colour to receive this honour in South Africa.
