Please join us in welcoming Richard Carstens as our new head chef at La Petite Ferme. One of South Africa’s most celebrated culinary figures, Chef Richard brings with him a remarkable legacy, including the prestigious Eat Out Three-Star accolade.

His philosophy is rooted in modern French cuisine refined, seasonal, and guided by the finest locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect both innovation and a deep sense of place, inspired by the natural beauty of the Franschhoek Valley.

This marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter for our restaurant, where every detail from plate to pairing has been carefully considered to offer an elevated dining experience.

Lunch: Daily, 12h00 – 15h30 (last seating 14h30)

Dinner: November – April, 18h30 – 21h30 (last seating 20h00)
