Equally grateful, Lanzerac is named a finalist in the International Tourism Film Festival Africa 2026 for our film Pinotage – The Lanzerac Story.
Created to launch the book ‘Pinotage – The Lanzerac Story’, this short-form film is a lyrical homage to South Africa’s signature varietal. Marking 100 years of Pinotage and honouring Lanzerac’s historic role as the first estate to place Pinotage on a commercial wine label.
The film adopts the voice of the terroir, allowing the land, its memory and its lineage to speak through the turning of pages.
On the night of 5 June 2026, the International Tourism Film Festival jury will announce the final winners.
