Peet was a cherished and valued member of the Wine and Spirit Board (now known as the Wine Certification Authority) team from 01 June 1990 to 30 April 2022, serving as the Financial Manager and Deputy Board Secretary.
During this time, his diligent and meticulous management of the board’s finances ensured that the internationally acclaimed statutory certification schemes could continue to function. Peet’s work ethic has not only helped the Authority but also the broader industry in very challenging times.
We will remain forever grateful for his significant contribution to the certification schemes and his friendship.
