Malaysia’s wine import value fell by 18.6% in 2025, dropping to 376.7m Ringgit (approx. €83.1m). According to the Hong Kong-based trade portal Vino Joy News, citing figures from the Department of Statistics Malaysia, the decline was primarily driven by losses for the market’s two largest suppliers: Australia and France.
