The festive season is all about connecting, celebrating, and indulging in good food and wine. STEEN at Perdeberg’s Christmas braai picnic on 27 December 2025 offers all of that and more. From 11h00 onwards, join us for a relaxed braai experience packed with hearty South African flavours, perfectly complemented by our award-winning wines.
Each Braai Picnic Box (R545 for two) is prepared fresh, cooked to perfection, and served warm, ideal for enjoying on our spacious lawns or taking home for a cosy holiday meal. This generously filled picnic showcases the very best of traditional braai favourites, including:
- 2 tender lamb chops
- 2 juicy boerewors spirals
- 2 chicken and pepper kebabs
- 2 golden, melty braaibroodjies
- A shared Greek and potato salad bowl
- 2 decadent desserts from our menu
To enhance your experience, each picnic can be enjoyed with a bottle from our Vineyard Collection or Lighthearted range. A festive pairing that brings out the flavours of this hearty spread.
Families are warmly welcomed, and little ones can enjoy their own Picnic box (R145):
- a boerewors roll
- a chicken sosatie
- mini braaibroodjies
- ice cream with chocolate sauce

This experience requires booking and payment 48 hours in advance, and is available for takeaway or dine-in.
