Recipe: Superb Summer Sangria from SMUL Restaurant Ingredients 1 can fruit cocktail in syrup (410g) 1 cup orange juice 1/3 cup brandy 1 bottle of Diemersfontein The Prodigy Pinotage Ice to chill Orange and lemon slices Mint to garnish (Optional) Method Open the can of Fruit Cocktail and pour the contents (including the syrup) into a large bowl. Add in the Orange Juice, Brandy and bottle of Diemersfontein The Prodigy Pinotage. Stir the ingredients until well mixed. Fill a large jug with ice. Add in the Orange and Lemon slices, before pouring the red wine mixture over the ice and allow it to chill properly. Add more ice if needed. Garnish with a sprig of Mint before serving, should you wish. Relax and enjoy!
