The House of Graham Beck has been ranked the second best global wine producer in the IWSC Top 50 Wine Producers of 2025.

The House of Graham Beck has been recognised among the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) Top 50 Wine Producers of 2025, ranked second in this year’s global line-up, an accolade that celebrates estates demonstrating exceptional quality, craftsmanship and consistency across vintages and styles.

Founded in 1969 and often referred to as the “Olympics of the drinks industry,” the IWSC is the UK’s oldest and most influential global wine and spirits competition. Each year, more than 12,000 entries from over 90 countries are assessed by a panel of Masters of Wine, sommeliers and industry leaders whose insights help shape international standards of excellence.

“To be recognised among the IWSC Top 50 Wine Producers is an extraordinary honour for our team and for South African Cap Classique,” says Pierre de Klerk, Cellarmaster at the House of Graham Beck. “It reflects our shared commitment to precision, patience and the craft that defines every bottle we produce.”

The IWSC Top 50 honour acknowledges producers whose work represents a benchmark for consistency and quality in winemaking. For the House of Graham Beck, it stands as a meaningful recognition of four decades devoted to perfecting Cap Classique and to elevating South African sparkling wine on the world stage.
