Ingredients (per serving)
- 90 ml Bruce Jack Sauvignon Blush
- 30 ml tequila (optional)
- 60 ml grapefruit juice
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Sparkling water or soda, to top up
- Small pinch of sea salt (optional)
Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the Sauvignon Blush, tequila (if using), grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Stir gently. Top up with sparkling water or soda. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a few rose petals or mint. Enjoy!
