The Winery Building at Delaire Graff Estate re-opens on the 1st October 2025, unveiling an elegant new chapter of Cape Winelands luxury.
Following an extensive refurbishment led by acclaimed design house David Collins Studio, the reimagined spaces honour South African craftsmanship while elevating the Estate’s world-class wine and dining experiences.
Guided by owner Laurence Graff OBE, the new interiors pair natural materials - dark-stained timber, bronze, and richly veined marble - with vibrant accents of sunburst orange and lavender purple. Architectural lighting casts a warm glow on the Estate’s celebrated African art collection, creating a setting of refined beauty.
The Delaire Graff Restaurant now features bold, artful touches and a finer dining menu by Head Chef Clinton Jacobs, celebrating "finer dining" with seasonal South African ingredients and biodynamic sourcing. In the Wine Tasting Lounge, amethyst-toned upholstery, gold-veined marble and bespoke furniture blend contemporary elegance with local artisanship.
“Returning to enhance what was already extraordinary has been a joy,” says Simon Rawlings, Chief Creative Officer of David Collins Studio.
With this striking transformation, Delaire Graff Estate reaffirms its place as the undisputed jewel of the Cape Winelands, inviting visitors to taste, dine and explore in an atmosphere of unparalleled luxury.
