IWEC
During a recent visit to South Africa, two wine-loving Australians were hugely impressed with the enthusiasm of young people working in the wine service industry. Appreciating the challenges faced by many, they decided to establish a scholarship with the International Wine Education Centre (IWEC) to assist with wine education, providing opportunities that otherwise would not have been available.
The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is a challenging but rewarding qualification, and thanks to their generosity, the Applelotter Scholarship is pleased to cover the full cost of the WSET Level 2 in Wine course in November 2025 in Stellenbosch.
