1-7 September: Cap Classique Celebration
We’re toasting International Cap Classique Day with something playful! Starting with a sparkling wine and candy floss pairing, and ending the week with Burnt Basque Cheesecake, or going savoury with crumbed chicken wings and a parma ham, artichoke and olive pizza.

7 September: Sunday Roast
Sunday Roast is back at the farm! It’s been a while since we last hosted one, and we’re so excited to bring this favourite tradition back to the table on selected Sundays.
This Sunday, join us for a hearty roast lunch that includes:
- Roast beef sirloin
- Chimichurri potatoes
- Honey-buttered carrots
- Cauliflower and broccoli bake
- Beetroot purée
All this for just R180 per person.

There’s still time to join us for Proe Paarl. Choose between a two-course menu for R250 or a three-course menu for R295, both including a glass of our Vineyard Collection wine. We’re celebrating 100 years of South Africa’s own variety, and we want you to be part of this proud moment. Join us and fellow producers for a day of tastings and tributes to this truly homegrown grape.

26 September: Date Night Smash Burgers

3 October: Winemaker’s Dinner

The latest vintage of our Vineyard Collection Chenin Blanc Cap Classique is here, just in time for Cap Classique Week at Perdeberg.
Made from our signature variety, this Cap Classique is crisp and elegant, with fine bubbles that carry notes of green apple and citrus, finishing with a hint of brioche. It’s a lively expression of Chenin Blanc in sparkling form; a fitting tribute to the grape that defines us as the Home of Chenin.
