The High Bubbles Experience: A sparkling twist on tradition
Inspired by the elegance of high tea – but with no teapots, no tea, instead all our bubbles. This decadent experience is reimagined around our five Cap Classiques – each expertly paired with two handcrafted sweet or savoury bites.
Created in collaboration with renowned chef Nic van Wyk of Kleine Zalze Restaurant, the menu is indulgent, elevated, and bursting with flavour.
Each guest will enjoy a full tasting experience of:

- Brut NV
- Brut Rosé NV
- Cape Nectar Blanc NV
- Cape Nectar Rosé NV
Every pairing is beautifully served on a traditional high tea stand (shared between two guests).
