Quoin Rock Red Blend – a Bordeaux classic with a South African accent
Quoin Rock's Red Blend is a South African tribute to the timeless Bordeaux style – structured, elegant, and deeply expressive. Cabernet Sauvignon leads the blend, supported by Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, all carefully selected from our best-performing vineyard blocks. True to its Old World roots, the wine reveals earthy depth, red berry vibrance, and savoury nuances of pencil shavings and graphite. Each component is vinified individually, allowing us to craft a blend of layered complexity and balance. In pursuit of excellence, we mature each vintage in bottle until it reaches optimal drinking readiness, ensuring that when it's released, it's not just a wine, but a fully realised experience.

Simonsberg Blend – bold, fruit-forward, and proudly New World
The Simonsberg Blend is our celebration of the land we call home. Made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, this wine showcases the very best of what our Simonsberg slopes can offer. It’s generous, fruit-forward, and full of energy, with ripe dark fruit, juicy tannins, and a touch of spice that lingers long after the last sip.
Here, we embrace a New World style – vibrant, expressive, and unapologetically bold. Shiraz brings depth and dark fruit tones, while Cabernet provides structure and definition. The final blend is shaped by the finest components of each vintage, ensuring it’s always distinctive, always true to the Simonsberg, and always a joy to drink.
