We’re proud to release the latest vintage of our Winemakers Reserve Pinotage, a wine that reflects the dedication, instinct, and craftsmanship of our winemaking team, even under the most challenging conditions. This limited wine is exclusively sold in our Tasting Room and Online Shop.
Crafted from 100% Pinotage bush vines, this limited-production wine is the result of careful selection and traditional winemaking techniques, including fermentation in open tanks with hand punch-downs every two hours. The 2023 vintage brings together complexity, purity of fruit, and finesse, matured for 18 months in French oak (30% new).

The 2023 harvest was one of the most unpredictable and rain-affected in recent memory, with fluctuating conditions that demanded precision and bold decisions in the vineyard. Despite the challenges, the Pinotage from this vintage is showing remarkable balance, depth, and promise.

Beef Carpaccio
Seared beef topped with shimeji mushrooms, pickled green apple, petite salad, red onion, pecorino cheese, and finished with a balsamic glaze. Light, layered, and full of flavour.
Bobotie Springrolls
A South African classic with a twist. Our fragrant bobotie filling is wrapped in crisp pastry and served with a pear and apple chutney alongside fresh tomato salsa. Comforting and packed with flavour.
300g Sirloin Steak
Perfectly grilled and served with sautéed spinach, a silky parsnip purée, onion rings, and golden chips. A hearty dish that pairs beautifully with a bold red from our cellar.
