For JAN Franschhoek Season IV, Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen’s unique take on the South African family table will once again be interpretated with innovation and the inspiration of global culinary trends. Patrons can expect menus that are proudly local, allowing room for something mysterious and glamorous and enjoy a re-imagination of family traditions and regional favourites through seasonal themes and the brilliance of beautifully paired food and wine.

JAN Franschhoek season IV opens on 3 September
JAN Franschhoek will be open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, from 3 September 2025 until 30 April 2026. The experience starts with a welcome in the La Motte Manor House at 18h30 and dinner begins promptly at 19h00. On Sundays, the Jan Franschhoek food and wine experience is in the form of an extended lunch. Commencing at 12h30, guests are welcomed in the La Motte Manor House from 12h00.
Reservations for September and October are now open on Dineplan, while the remainder of the reservations will open on 1 September 2025.
The food and wine experience costs R3 400 per person.
