A first in South Africa
Continuing the legacy of "The First Bottled Pinotage" under the Lanzerac label, we are proud to unveil The Library – the first Water Tasting Room in South Africa.
In partnership with The Fine Water Company, Lanzerac brings a new experience that is both educational and indulgent.
Housed in an elegantly appointed space, The Library invites guests to explore the terroir of water through a guided tasting of six rare premium still and sparkling waters sourced from across the globe. Curated and hosted by Nico Pieterse, one of only wo certified water sommeliers in South Africa, the tasting introduces guests to the nuanced world of fine water.
Available from 08h00 – 16h00 daily.

Warming hearts in collaboration with Tracey Lange Cares
Lanzerac is honoured to be part of the KFM TLC Party, an initiative aimed at providing warmth and love to those in desperate need of a little tender, loving care during the winter season.
Known for her empathetic heart and philanthropic ventures, Tracey Lange, a renowned radio broadcaster on KFM, is taking the reins of this initiative called Tracey Lange Cares (TLC). This is more than just a donation drive, but rather about building a community that cares, a network of helping hands, and more importantly, it’s about warming hearts this winter.
Each donation is a lifeline for someone trying to combat the harsh cold. Therefore, warm goods can be purchased new, hold years of memories or creatively crafted.
All donations gathered at Lanzerac will be delivered to Stellenbosch Youth Outreach on Friday, 18 July 2025. Visit Stellenbosch Youth Outreach to read more about this spectacular outreach that was found in 1997.
All items can be dropped off at our Tasting Room and Deli between 07h00 – 16h00 until 15 July 2025.

A gentle reminder
As part of our ongoing commitment to continually enhance the award-winning Lanzerac Spa experience, please be advised that the Spa will be temporarily closed for essential maintenance and upgrades from 7-27 July 2025.
During this period, a limited selection of treatments will remain available exclusively for our in-house guests. These treatments – including select therapies, massages and facials – will be offered in specially prepared private wellness suites within the estate.
Check-in will take place at the front desk, and while our usual relaxation or waiting area will not be available, we’ll do our best to make your experience as smooth as possible.
All retail products, such as skincare and our silk and linen collection, will still be available to purchase at the front desk throughout the duration.

understanding as we work to elevate your future spa experiences.
