
Harvest season 2025
Our new winemaker, Xander Sadie, and assistant winemaker, Shanice du Preez, had a whirlwind first harvest season at Brookdale Estate.
Beginning on 21 January, the harvest season began strong with a 2.8 tonne batch of Chenin Blanc. Over the course of the next few weeks, the teams worked hard and by 24 February, all our grapes were in and the winemakers focused on processing in the cellar.
We're looking forward to trying the first 2025 wines from our new winemaking pair!
