The morning of 14 January 2025 marked a special milestone as we officially kicked off our 35th wine grape harvest at Graham Beck.
To mark the occasion, our vineyard team presented the first Pinot Meunier grapes of the vintage to the cellar team. Continuing our cherished tradition, cellarmaster Pierre de Klerk sabraged a vintage bottle to celebrate the beginning of another harvest, symbolically blessing both the first grapes and the season ahead.

This year also marks our fifth year of night harvesting. The cool, tranquil night air ensures every grape arrives at our cellar perfectly chilled, preserving essential acidity and delicate aromatics.
By harvesting at night, we minimise oxidation, safeguard the fruit's integrity, and uphold the signature House style you've come to know and love.
Here's wishing our vineyard and cellar teams a fruitful and successful 35th harvest as we take another turn around the sun.
