With healthy, growing vines, we're already gearing up for what we expect to be an exceptional harvest season here at Jordan Wine Estate. Over the next few months, we'll be maintaining healthy vines by following an integrated pest management program, managing soil water content, as well as the light in the bunch zone by thinning out leaves, and adjusting crop levels to suit the individual blocks.
