Summer is officially on our doorstep, and with it comes an exciting change in seasonal ingredients for the Haute Cabrière Restaurant!

Our head chef, Charlton Prins, has just added the finishing touches to his new Summer 24/25 menu – and we are so excited to share it with you. There is no better place to enjoy the light-hearted delight brought on by the sound of a popping cork, or the lively first sip of Cap Classique, than Haute Cabrière’s sun-soaked dining terrace.
