Zevenwacht Z Collection Chenin Blanc 2023

This wine is made from unirrigated Certified Heritage Vines planted in 1981. It is crisp and mineral-driven, with a lively acidity that leads to a refreshing, saline finish. Perfectly suited for seafood, its zesty brightness cuts through rich, buttery sauces—think lemon butter prawns or char-grilled crayfish.
