Stellenzicht Cap Classique NV is carefully crafted by their talented winemaker, L'Ré Hughes, using their finest Chardonnay grapes.
Their winemaking process is focused on ensuring quality at every step. They hand-picked the Chardonnay grapes early in the morning to preserve their natural acidity. The whole bunches were gently pressed, and the juice was fermented in tanks. The wine then underwent secondary fermentation under crown cap in the bottle – in true méthode champenoise style. Finally, it was aged on the lees for 18 months before being carefully disgorged.
This Cap Classique offers a delightful experience with vibrant aromas of fresh citrus, crisp green apples, and a subtle hint of brioche. Every sip reveals a lively citrus zest, perfectly balanced by a creamy texture and deeper notes of toasted bread, yeast, and butterscotch from the bottle maturation.
