Stellenzicht Vineyards' new Cap Classique is carefully crafted by our talented winemaker, L'Ré Hughes, using our finest Chardonnay grapes. It offers a delightful experience with vibrant aromas of fresh citrus, crisp green apples, and a subtle hint of brioche. Every sip reveals a lively citrus zest, perfectly balanced by a creamy texture and deeper notes of toasted bread, yeast, and butterscotch.

Our process is focused on ensuring quality at every step. We hand-pick the grapes early in the morning to preserve their natural acidity. The whole bunches are gently pressed, and the juice is fermented in tanks. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on the lees for 18 months before being carefully disgorged.
