Nourishing our community: Robertson Winery's hands-on support

At Robertson Winery, community is at the heart of everything we do.

Recently, we had the privilege of contributing to a local community upliftment initiative, driven by the Langeberg C3 Heart Network. The project aimed to feed 1 200 people in our community, and we were proud to donate 120 loaves of buttered bread to accompany the soup that was distributed throughout the day at various points.

Our employees played an essential role, not only donating non-perishable food items but also giving up their lunchtime to butter the bread. The enthusiasm and willingness to contribute were truly inspiring. We delivered three large boxes of donations, along with the bread, to the distribution hub, where a few of our team members joined to ensure the food reached those in need.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to address the spiritual, physical, and social needs of our community. We are honoured to be part of this cause, making a tangible difference in the lives of those around us.
