Registration and online entries opened on 1 June for the inaugural South Africa Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

But why enter?

Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB) is one of the world's most established and respected wine and spirits competitions, currently in its 31^st year.

Early in 2024, CMB appointed Lorraine Immelman to establish and manage a national competition in South Africa, supported by their prestigious branding and outstanding reputation.

“Entering this exciting competition will not only create unique opportunities for local producers to showcase their products on local and international markets, but also position our South African products on a global platform,” says Lorraine.

CMB’s judges are professional tasters, but they are also retail and hospitality buyers, journalists and oenologists who add real marketing support for awarded products.
