Savour the harmonious combination of classic food, wine and music when the award winning Hermanus wine estate, Bouchard Finlayson, teams up with Le Canard in Sandton to saturate all five senses with an unforgettable gourmet banquet.

This celebration of fine wine, food and music inspired by winemaker Peter Finlayson’s own passion for music, features his personal selection of Bouchard Finlayson wines paired with a spectacular 6-course menu created by Le Canard’s Chef Patron Freda Appelbaum. The light classical sounds of the 5-piece Johannesburg Philharmonic Chamber Ensemble will set the appropriate mood for this black tie gourmet evening.
