Did you know there are approximately 49 million bubbles in each bottle of Cap Classique? These bubbles come from the second fermentation process which is an essential step in the creation of this wine. After this process, our Kaapse Vonkel Brut Rosé ages to perfection for at least 15 months on the lees adding layers of yeasty complexity to the delicious red berry flavours.
