Zevenwacht Wine Estate
Inspired by the gable of our iconic manor house which was built in 1800 it pays homage to our rich heritage and the deep roots that have been laid over the last 300 years of farming.
Our Z Collection has been selected from our finest vineyard sites and reflects our winemaker’s passion and pursuit of excellence from our unique terroir. These wines are made in small batches and meticulously crafted to have character, purity and a sense of place that showcases the best that Zevenwacht Wine Estate has to offer.

Z Collection Syrah 2021
70% was whole bunch pressed before 12-months maturation in 2nd fill Foudres barrels. This Syrah exhibits a bold, lush palate distinguished by fine peppery tannins and vivid fruit flavours.
Z Collection Chenin Blanc 2021
This wine is made from our Certified Old Heritage Vineyards planted in 1981. The palate has concentrated fruit with vibrant acidity and a complex saline finish.
Z Collection Reserve 2020
A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petit Verdot. The components for this wine were matured separately for 18 months in 300L French Oak barrels The wine shows intense cassis, blackberry and liquorice with undertones of graphite and allspice.
