On 17 August, be entertained by the story of the formidable Catharina Ras while embarking on a culinary journey of her lifetime.

This is an elegant and immersive evening of story telling where our brand friend Alexia will present the story of Catharina. Each course has been created to represent a different chapter of Catharina’s life, with the option to pair each course with a Steenberg wine.

A unique #WomenInspired dish has been launched at Bistro Sixteen82 and Tryn. By ordering this dish; a portion of the proceeds will go towards The Clothing Bank.
- #WomenInspired dish at Tryn: braised beef short rib, beet-freekeh, brussels sprouts, pickled radish, sherry and szechuan jus, and kohlrabi shoots. Served for lunch & dinner.
- #WomenInspired dish at Bistro Sixteen82: Grilled sirloin, pak choi, kimchi, ginger & chili vinaigrette, coriander emulsion, pineapple, and peanut salsa. Variation: swop sirloin for ethically sourced fish or panko crumbed mushroom.
- Served for lunch & tapas.
