The food will be prepared by superb chef Craig Cormack (of Salt) and winemaker De Wet Viljoen will present some of Neethlingshof Wine Estate's finest wines.
The menu is priced at R685pp and will comprise the following:

Waldorf Salad, Poached quail ballotine, emulsion, celery, toasted walnuts, fresh apple, praline, maple jelly - served with Neethlingshof Estate Chenin blanc.
Main
Angus Denver Steak, puree, butter beans, spring veggies, Hasselback potatoes, seared artichokes, tobacco onions, sauce Bordelaise - served with Neethlingshof Estate Cabernet sauvignon.
Dessert
Strawberry sorbet, cardamom parfait, strawberry salad, tuiles, strawberry gel - served with The Short Story Jackal's Dance.
