We set up the secure Shop - eg shop.avontuurestate.co.za - which can be customised for wine club members with different products and discounts easily loaded.
Transparency is really important, with the producer having full access to all the sales info and customer purchase history, making it really easy to re-sell according to purchasing behaviour, and monitor price points and geographic and cultivar favourites.
Wine.co.za handles the SEO, merchandising, payments, fraud-checking, customer liaison and logistics. All the producer needs to do is keep the price list up to date, prep the wines for collection and keep an eye on the reports we provide. There is a powerful CRM system to re-engage with their customers and wine club members.
