Sundowners at Avontuur this summer

Avontuur Estate between Stellenbosch and Somerset West is staying open till 7pm this Friday night for the first of our Friday evening Sundowner Sessions this summer. With one of the best views in the winelands, visitors who are in the vicinity are welcome to take a break with us and just relax after a busy week.

Enjoy views of the Helderberg mountain, False Bay and far-off Table Mountain as the sun sets or take a stroll amongst the paddocks, usually featuring some of the Estate’s thoroughbred race horses, who are only too keen to check out guests!    

Avontuur’s award-winning wines, cheese or antipasta snack platters and comfy seating makes it the perfect place to kick off your weekend.  Or don’t leave - just stay on for dinner in our very popular restaurant.
