The Villiera Monro Brut is consistently recognised for its fine quality and exceptional style and this IWSC Gold Outstanding Award together with its numerous accolades serves to endorse its pedigree.

In addition, Villiera’s flagship red Villiera Monro Merlot 2016 and Villiera Tradition Brut NV received Silver Outstanding Awards.

The Villiera Monro Merlot 2016 represents the first vintage made exclusively from Merlot under the reserve Monro label.  Award-winning Cellarmaster Jeff Grier and Viticulturist Simon Grier identified blocks that can achieve greatness and highlight the outstanding potential of Villiera’s Merlot and this award underlines their endeavours.

The Silver Outstanding for the Villiera Tradition Brut NV further endorses the consistent performance and quality of this MCC which the Grier’s have been producing for over 3 decades.
