This bursary is delivered on a part-time basis during 1 August–31 October 2016 in order to accommodate bursary recipients to continue working undisrupted at their respective employers. The bursary includes internship at renowned establishments in the Cape to learn from active sommeliers, while studying WSET level 2 and level 3 through The International Wine Education Centre, as well as SASA’s Foundational Sommellerie course and examination.
