On the 13th of November, our very own Bistro Sixteen82 turns four. This will not beyour average 4th birthday party.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, Chef Brad and his team have devised a signature 5-course menu that they feel encapsulates the essence of the Bistro.

“Each of the five courses represents a year in Bistro Sixteen82’s history. We’ve picked dishes to pair with the years in a way that we feel tells the story of our growth and experience in that year. And, because no birthday party is complete without sweets, dessert pays homage to all four years,” says Brad.

Already fully-booked, this birthday celebration promises to encompass Brad’s food philosophy:

“My belief is that eating great food in great company is like drinking barrel-aged tequila from Charlize Theron’s belly button. It’s the best of absolutely everything. That’s the experience we want to recreate for our guests at our 4th birthday party. Charlize Theron has, unfortunately, stated that she is not available,” says Brad.
