Drostdy-Hof backs Ultimate Braai Master TV series with R630 000 in camera prizes

Well-known wine brand Drostdy-Hof is the official wine sponsor of the second sizzling season of South Africa’s first original reality-based television series Ultimate Braai Master, currently screening on SABC 3, and is giving away R630 000 in camera prizes as part of an exclusive in-store competition with title sponsor, Pick n Pay.
Hosted by bush-cook guru, Justin Bonello, the Ultimate Braai Master series follows 15 competing teams on an 8 000 km/60-day road trip, covering the length and breadth of South Africa. Gruelling outdoor cooking challenges systematically eliminate contestants along the way with celebrated chefs, Bertus Basson and Marthinus Ferreira, serving as judges.  

To highlight its support of the 13-part series, Drostdy-Hof is giving away a 60 fabulous Canon camera kits, each worth R10 000.  Each prize bundle includes a Canon EOS 650D and 18-55 DC lens, a Canon 75-300mm DC lens, a Sandisk Extreme 16GB SD card, a Canon 300EG sling backpack and a Slick F 730 tripod.  To qualify, entrants need to purchase any two bottles of Drostdy-Hof and swipe their Smart Shopper cards at any Pick n Pay store nationwide. Twenty winners will be picked on October 25, November 29 and January 10, 2014 respectively. 

The popular wine brand has also launched its Ultimate Braai Moments online campaign to celebrate the braai master in every South African and highlight Drostdy-Hof as a great accompaniment to any braai-inspired meal. The initiative is exclusive to its Facebook fans, who simply need to capture and upload their ultimate braai moments to stand a chance of winning one of an additional three Canon camera prizes worth R10 000.  Winners will be picked on October 25, November 25 and December 17.  

Also look out for special Drostdy-Hof range displays in Pick n Pay Hyper and Family stores.
