The brandy cocktail menu has set
the dial to deluxe, so pop in for the new season's selection and some spoiling.
There's a retro-nod at the cola tonic, given a brilliant brandy makeover or a
peachy brandy and juice mix, swizzled with vanilla and a sprig of mint.
Cocktails change every
month but all year round, Van Ryn's offers its signature Angel's Share, a
seductive, celestial indulgence.
Prices range from R20
to R35 per cocktail.
Drinks can be sipped and savoured
on plush couches in the distillery's tasting area or in the lovely lavender,
gaura and rose garden under shady umbrellas.
